Everything presented is general educational information about published research and about how to evaluate claims and providers. It is not specific to you, because it cannot be. Commercial interest
Patrick J. Cunningham is the Chief Commercial Officer at RMI, a company operating in regenerative medicine, and holds a direct commercial interest in this category. Some of what is discussed is sold by his employer. This is disclosed on every page and stated in every session, before the relevant point rather than after it. Treat the content as coming from an interested party who says so — because that is what it is.
No promised outcome
Regenerative and cellular therapies are an area of active research. Much of what is discussed is investigational, is not approved in every jurisdiction, and may not be legally available where you live. Individual results are not predictable. Nothing here is a claim, guarantee, or implication that any intervention will produce any particular result for you.

Any clinic, provider, product, study, or organisation mentioned is mentioned for discussion. Naming one is not an endorsement, a referral, or a recommendation that you use it, and I receive no referral fee for any clinic named in a session. Your decisions about where to seek care are yours and your physician's.
Accuracy
Research moves and content ages. Sessions and recordings reflect a good-faith reading of the evidence at the time they were delivered. I make no warranty that any of it remains current, complete, or free of error, and I may change or remove content without notice.
Sessions
Sessions are free and offered as they are. Dates, times, topics, and format may change or be cancelled. Sessions may be recorded and distributed to registrants; if you attend with your camera or microphone on, or ask a question aloud, you may be recorded. Turn them off if you would rather not be. Do not share personal medical details in a session chat or on a live microphone — assume anything you say is heard by everyone present and captured in the recording.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit anyone else's details, to attempt to breach or probe it, to scrape it, or to disrupt a session. Recordings and materials are provided for your personal use; do not republish or resell them.
