This site is operated by BioHackThis ("I", "me", "my"). This policy explains what I collect when you register for the live session, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What I collect
- What you type. Your first name and email address, submitted through the registration form on this site.
- What your browser sends. Your IP address, browser user-agent string, the page you submitted from, and the time of submission. These are recorded with your registration to help identify automated abuse.
I do not ask for, want, or knowingly store any health information about you. Please do not send me any. If you write to me about your own medical situation, that message is handled as ordinary correspondence and is not part of any health record.
Why I collect it
To send you the joining link and reminders for the live session you registered for, the recording afterwards, and related emails about future sessions. That is the whole purpose. Your details are not sold, rented, or traded, and they are not shared with advertisers.
The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time — see Your control below.
Who processes it
Two service providers handle your data on my behalf:
- Vercel Inc. hosts this site and runs the function that receives your submission.
- HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel) stores your contact record and sends the emails.
Both are bound to process your data only as instructed. Your data may be stored and processed in the United States.
My employer
I am the Chief Commercial Officer at RMI. Registering here does not share your details with RMI. The list described in this policy is mine personally and is kept separate from RMI's systems. If that ever changes, I will tell registrants before it does, not after.
How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it, or after roughly two years of no opens or clicks — whichever comes first. Unsubscribing removes you from the mailing list and retains only a suppression record, which exists so that you are not accidentally added again.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or tracking pixels. Everything the page needs is served from this domain. There is nothing here to opt out of.
Your control
- Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email. It works immediately.
- Ask for a copy of what I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing patrick@biohackthis.com.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or the CCPA — including access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection to processing. Email the address above and I will action it. I do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.
I aim to respond to any request within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, I will update the date at the top and notify registrants by email.
